New Token Listing Announcement: EXCB25 Now Available on EX.IO OTC Channel

Dear EX.IO Customers, 

We are pleased to announce that EX.IO has listed EXCB25 on its platform starting 21:00 on 12 February 2026 (UTC+8). The token is now available for Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) trading, available exclusively to professional investors (PI). 

About EXCB25 

EXCB25 (EXCB-25 Tokens, hereinafter referred to as the “Token”) is a tokenised convertible promissory note issued by EXIO Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer” or the “Company”). The Issuer is an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, EXIO Limited, operates as a licensed virtual asset trading platform (VATP) in Hong Kong and holds  a license (Central Entity Number: BUT670) issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. 

The Tokens were formally issued on 4 September 2025. The total authorised and issued amount is 25,000,000 Tokens, designated as “EXCB-25 Tokens” with the exchange ticker symbol “EXCB25”. Each Token has a nominal value of HKD 1.00 and is denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). 

EXCB25 is a blockchain asset issued and programmed using a smart contract compatible with the Ethereum blockchain. The rights of each Token holder are contractual rights as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of the Tokens. The Issuer has appointed CTI Capital Trust Limited as the registrar to maintain an off-chain register. In the event of any inconsistency between the recordings of the register and any on-chain or other blockchain records or information, the off-chain register shall prevail. 

EXCB25 offers a 5% per annum fixed interest return and grants eligible holders the right to convert into equity shares of the Company under certain future financing or specific conditions, combining fixed income with potential equity upside.
