About Finloop USD Instant Digital Liquidity (FUIDL)

This product will invest 100% in high quality international AAA investment grade assets, aiming to track the returns of the underlying assets and provide investment performance closely aligned with them before deducting fees and expenses. The underlying asset seeks to provide a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital and the maintenance of liquidity in U.S. dollar terms.

To achieve its investment objective, the underlying asset will primarily invest in money market instruments, including but not limited to: securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government or its agencies or instrumentalities, certificates of deposit, bankers’ acceptances (domestic and foreign), other short-term debt obligations, asset-backed securities, high-quality commercial paper (domestic and foreign) and other securitized corporate debt obligations.
